I love Bruce and Mark. I want to make their Worcestershire sauce and swim in it! I must own this cookbook. Sometimes, the random number generator spits out a "1," right?! :) Great giveaway, Jenny--thanks for the opportunity!

Yay me! :) I am going to start reading it this weekend. Just on first glance, I love the way it is set up. Bruce and Mark seem to actually--gasp--be trying to teach people to cook! Hooray!
